Matane, January 19, 2026 – The Centre de développement et de recherche en intelligence numérique (CDRIN) is initiating a transition in its Co-General Management. After several years of dedicated service, Mylaine Côté, Co-General Management, Finance and Human Resources, and Julien Coll, Co-General Management and Operations, have informed the Board of Directors of their decision to step down from their respective roles.
In a spirit of continuity, the outgoing co-general management team is working closely with the current Board of Directors to implement a transition structure, which will remain in place until a new General Director is appointed. In addition, Julien Coll will remain in his position until February 5 to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
CDRIN’s operations, ongoing projects, as well as its commitments to partners and clients will continue without interruption.
Over a Decade of Leadership
CDRIN wishes to highlight the significant legacy of Julien Coll and Mylaine Côté, whose more than ten years of commitment helped shape the organization’s identity and expand its reach.
Julien Coll played a key role in positioning CDRIN as a leader in digital innovation and applied research, building lasting bridges between research and industry, both in Quebec and internationally.
For her part, Mylaine Côté strengthened CDRIN’s organizational foundations through rigorous management of resources and finances, ensuring the organization’s growth and long-term sustainability.

They actively contributed to CDRIN’s development and to building a highly skilled team. Their expertise and dedication have laid solid and credible foundations for our organization.
The Board of Directors will be more engaged than ever in supporting this important phase and in standing behind the team as it addresses the challenges ahead.
CDRIN remains committed to its mission of advancing digital innovation through applied research, knowledge transfer, and support for local businesses, while focusing its efforts on project continuity and the strengthening of its governance.
The appointment of the new General Director will be announced following a recruitment process that will begin shortly.
